When I opened Essential TC Services, I wanted my business model to be more like a “boutique”. Instead of working with a large number of brokers and handling anywhere from 80-100 transactions a month, I chose to offer my services to a handful of brokers who actually get to experience a true one-on-one relationship with me as their TC.
I’ve found that too many agents + too many transactions = a crack in our company’s foundation.
Our brokers receive corporate services, but with a small business finesse that is unmatched. As Essential TC Services grows, the “boutique” concept will never change, and our brokers will always feel like they have a true team player on their side.”
